I am currently working on a novel called The Elosar. It is in the process of being printed. It is the first novel I am printing and the third novel I have written. I don’t count the other 5-7 novels I wrote before this as being ready to print. I feel really excited to share about this novel. It is basically about the afterlife, and the beings of white light who govern this afterlife called The Elosar. Hence the title name of the book. The Elosar rule in conjunction with the scholars, the Dark Gods and the Gods of Light. The story begins sharing about two childhood friends of different positions. A girl named Ilised who is the child of a Dark God and a God of Light who is also Elosar by choice. The boy is named Stephen Staircase and is hereditary in a line of guardians who guides the souls of the dead to a place called Hunde after they have studied in Gohran. Much of the story takes place in the three places. Gohran the city of the dead, one staircase up, is the grey realms where Stephen Staircase guides the souls to Gohran and the last staircase leads to the realm of the three suns, where the scholars and Elosar reside.
The entire world is rocked when a Rakshaw appears. A three headed dog cloud which is capable of consuming the Elosar. it is governed by powerful forces.
Ilised and Stephen have grown up with their childhood friend Alios who is now a ruler in one of the dark realms and has turned bad. He makes an unlikely acquaintance with the pied piper Seth, who for his amusement and unknown purposes, collects souls from the old world and the afterlife and brings them to Airinhine, where they enjoy themselves for a short time, but then their souls dissipate.
The crux of the story is that Ilised and Stephen must find a way to stop the ensuing chaos of all these elements.
I drew this artwork as a kind of way to encompass what the realm of the three suns is like for the cover of the novel.
One of the deepest philosophical and metaphysical tv series i have ever seen. I think it appeals to all spiritual people. It is part drama comedy tragedy and love story. The characters are beautifully formed and you can’t help but see a little of yourself in them. And i think one of the unusual things it teaches you is that at the end of hope there is hope. It is not what you do in crisis that matters but the hope of what comes after that makes life worthwhile. It is according to wiki the second highest rated tv series in korea. In short it is about a man who dies a wrongful death. He becomes an immortal goblin and he can only die when he meets his bride, who must pull out a sword buried in his chest. The other characters in the show share a past life. Meaning they all knew each other in their past life, including the goblin. They must now seek to forgive each other and save each other. The goblin has a best friend a grim reaper who helps souls move on to the afterlife. I think no doubt one of the things that drew me to the show.
My mum for the first time put up my framed artwork the first artwork i have put in the house. Usually my artwork has spent its life being drawn and then rolled up in my room. So happy. I thought the doorway felt like the right place for this. It is a place of transitions and the artwork looks like a map. A map in the world a map of the ear. And the colours are pretty muted.
Stranger things is a cult classic. It features Winona Ryder in an adult role playing the mother of Will Byers. And Winona really brings it in this show and she just has this quality of believability in strange movies that works so well. The story follows Will, Michael, Dustin and Lucas who go on an adventure when there is a tear between our world and the upside down. Millie Bobby Brown has a serious demeanour and is an incredible actress and the cast all works well together. It’s sci fi set in the 80s which will bring back fond memories for people. It discusses the cruelty of testing people with special abilities and how far science will go to triumph, at the cost of human decency. There are some really emotional and moving moments and I wouldn’t say it’s scary just spooky and I love how the characters are not all bad or not all good. They just seem so human. The special effects are great not so much seeming to be computer generated as they are material. It’s worth the watch as you want to cheer the actors on and you even feel some sympathy for one of the monsters. Hopper makes a good deadbeat cop and is so much more of a great person, Steve is a winner in the end and all the characters have their own issues quirks and beautiful side stories. Also love the romances.
